Excellent and wonderful location, good bathroom.

Totally wonderful stay at this Best Western on the first and the last nights of our 2-week Virginia vacation. The hotel was clean based in a functional style building with extremely friendly staff. All the staff was willing to help. The breakfast was free, extensive on offers.

The rooms are spotless with 2 queen beds.

Great location for travelers. Close to the airport and major highways. The free breakfast had lots of options. The staff was super friendly and accommodating. They let us check-in early so we could ditch our bags and explore the town. The beds were also super comfy and we slept great.

Not the best stay for families or those who need a quiet space. The walls were paper thin and we could hear everything going on in the neighboring room.

This place is highly recommended to everyone as it is an excellent hotel with a wonderful location near the mall, and there is even an evening bus that conveniently picks up right at the front door.

I would say it's nice base for staying and exploring Sterling. Rooms are new-fashioned with up-to-date fixtures throughout, microwave plus the coffee, food is delicious. The breakfast is hot and free, and the location is unbeatable near main attractions.

The staff went above and beyond to help us, assisting with printing a shipping label and ensuring our package was picked up by UPS. The airport shuttle was reliable and on time.
